Account Executive – Dallas or Kansas City

We are searching for passionate agency sales professionals to join our team with an understanding of the digital advertising industry. You will have excellent relationships with relevant people at media buying agencies and will be responsible for developing mutually successful business relationships with them while representing Digilant. You will make sure our sales are repeatable and that our clients are successful.  Additionally, you will play a key role in defining and shaping our products.


  • Maintain and upsell existing business.
  • Source and close new business to regularly meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Build an excellent understanding of Digilant’s products and evangelize in the market.
  • Build agency/direct client relationships with all levels.
  • Reach out to potential clients, perform in person presentations to media professionals, create RFP’s, and close accounts.
  • Track and manage sales pipeline and account activities in
  • Deliver product feedback to management to ensure the product is customer facing and focused.
  • Manage new and existing client campaigns to successfully meet and exceed client performance expectations.
  • Share expertise and advise clients on new campaign ideas to generate continued results.
  • Work with internal account management and ad operations to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences.
  • Travel to other markets if necessary.


  • 3-5 years sales experience in online advertising.
  • Agency and client contacts at all levels is a plus.
  • Experience in audience-based selling and or programmatic digital media is preferred.
  • Active in industry trade and networking events.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to QA own work.
  • “Hunter mentality” with a sales consultants touch.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
