Ad Operations Associate – San Francisco, California

The ideal Ad Operations Associate will have an analytical, strategic, and creative mind, as well as firm communication skills, both written and spoken.  The position offers full immersion in the digital advertising space, with room for growth and personal advancement, while developing a strong background in the industry, from a media, data, and strategic standpoint.

Responsibilities

  • Manage high-level daily activities involved in ad campaigns, including reporting, optimization, analytics, billing/budgeting, and strategic planning.
  • Create proposals for advertisers, working with agencies and clients to develop online solutions.     
  • Client liaison, providing service around live campaigns, technical issues, and performance goals.
  • Work with product, business development and planning groups to achieve campaign goals, create new offerings and ensure full and ideal delivery.

Controller – Boston, Massachusetts

Currently seeking a dynamic Controller to oversee accounting and financial reporting operations.  Reporting to the company’s Senior Vice President, Finance, the Controller will be responsible for and be involved with the monthly and annual close, annual external audit, intercompany activities and invoicing, account reconciliations, investor reporting, technical accounting, financial planning and analysis, contracting and legal reviews, as well as various ad-hoc requests as needed.  The Controller will oversee a staff of two, be hands on yet able to coach and develop the team.  This position will be highly visible to all levels of management including the company’s board of directors.

Responsibilities:

  • Guide financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures.
  • Protects assets by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing internal controls.
  • Monitors and confirms financial condition by conducting audits; providing information to external auditors.
  • Prepares budgets by establishing schedules; collecting, analyzing, and consolidating financial data;  recommending plans.
  • Achieves budget objectives by scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
  • Provides status of financial condition by collecting, interpreting, and reporting financial data.
  • Prepares special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
  • Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating future legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; filing financial reports; advising management on needed actions.
  • Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.

Currently seeking a Senior Accountant to assist with accounting and financial reporting operations for a growing AdTech company conveniently located near North Station and Boston’s historic North End.  Reporting to the company’s Controller, the Senior Accountant will be responsible for and be involved with the monthly and annual close, annual external audit, intercompany activities and invoicing, account reconciliations, accounts payable and accrued expenses, cash application, budget to actual analysis, as well as various ad-hoc requests as needed.  The Senior Accountant will be hands on and a solid team player.  This position will be highly visible to all cross-functional departments and highly visible to the Chief Fiancial Officer.

Digilant is seeking a highly talented and motivated web user interface Software Engineer. If you are a strong, collaborative and creative developer who enjoys working in a startup type of environment this job is for you! You will work closely with Digilant’s back end development team and operations group to create easy to use user interfaces and promote quality of operations.

Responsibilities:

• Work within the existing LAMP framework to continue to support the development of the Digilant campaign management software
• Work with JavaScript and PHP to support the development of new features
• Participate with the team on implementation design for campaign management software
• Create documentation design and implementation for product requirements
• Participate in the design and development of a new campaign management software

Skills and Experience:

• 3-5 years of website development experience
• Experience with JavaScript, PHP, HTML5, HTML, CSS, XML, SQL
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks like Dojo and jQuery
• ExtJs framework is a big plus
• Strong PHP development experience is necessary and Symfony framework experience is a plus
• Experience with Git, Jira and Scrum
• Experience with digital advertising is a plus
• Knowledge of Linux and Apache
• BS degree in Computer Science or related field
