Don Epperson is Executive Chairman of Digilant and the CEO of ISP Digital. ISP Digital is a holding company managing investments in Acceso, SA (“Acceso”), Antevenio, SA (Euronext Paris: ALANT) (“Antevenio”), and Digilant Marketing, SL (“Digilant”), and InStoreMedia SA (“InStore Media”).
Prior to co-founding ISP Digital, Don was Founder & General Partner of Digital Trek. Digital Trek is an investment company through which Don co-founded and became Executive Chairman of Enervee (enervee.com), OnWords (onwords.io), Shannon Reed (shannonreed.com), and Simpil.fi (simpli.fi). Prior to Digital Trek, Don was the Global CEO of Havas Digital, the digital media arm of Havas. Havas Digital operated media (e.g. Media Contacts), creative (e.g. Archibald Ingalls), data & analytics (Artemis), outsourcing (Ecselis), and trading (Adnetik, now Digilant) divisions across 33 countries. Prior to Havas Digital, Don was the Founder and CEO of HookMedia, one of the industry’s first interactive media agencies which developed Artemis and was acquired by Havas in 2001.
Don currently serves on the board of directors of Integral Ad Science (integralads.com) and Zintro (zintro.com). He is also co-chairman of buildOn Boston (buildOn.org).
Don received an MBA from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia and a BA from Rutgers College at Rutgers University.
Krishna is responsible for data science at Digilant. Previously Krishna served as a software engineer for the world’s first 64-bit operating system. He also served as a technical architect where he built Media Contact’s Artemis Analytics platform in the early days of Internet advertising. As a principal at CSC, Krishna was the data architect for NHTSA’s early warning safety detection platform where he prototyped a complete re-design of the Air Traffic Control System for the FAA. Krishna also co-founded Vega IT systems.
Krishna received M.S. from MIT Sloan School of Management and his M.S. from Northeastern University.
Rick is responsible for the company’s financial management strategy and operations. He ensures the company is fiscally responsible and fully accountable to our shareholders, investors and governing bodies.
Prior to joining Digilant, Rick was the Assistant Corporate Controller at Mercury Computer Systems where he helped with the company’s acquisition strategy and assisted with the follow-on public stock offering raising over $100m. Earlier in his career, Rick had been a Manager with Ernst and Young’s assurance practice and spent three years in technical accounting consulting providing specialized services to Fortune 500 companies as well as start-ups. He is a CPA and holds a BBA in Accounting from Radford University.
For over 20 years Kim has been leading teams that create innovative solutions for the ad tech industry. She enjoys navigating the wild world of product management to develop industry leading technology platforms. Prior to joining Digilant’s executive team, Kim ran business operations, marketing and client account management at Rakuten Loyalty. Kim has also held executive roles at Valassis, where she built omnichannel solutions for advertisers, and at Commission Junction, a Conversant Company, where she was responsible for advertiser and publisher relationships, and business operations in the US. Early in her career Riedell held marketing and business development positions at Student Advantage, Lightbridge, Inc., and MCI Worldcom. Presently, Riedell serves on the Board of Directors for Simmons School of Management.
Riedell holds an MBA with honors from the Simmons School of Management and a BA in Communication from The University of New Hampshire.
Dave is a pioneer in online advertising, formerly the Co-Founder and CTO of Burst Media. Dave’s 15+ year career with Burst consisted of launching one of the first ad networks as well as developing the first hosted ad server designed to support networks of Online Publishers. With the help of Dave’s technical leadership, Burst Media grew from a small boot-strapped company of three partners to a public company listed on the London Stock Exchange (AIM) with $37 million in revenue and over 130 employees.
Dan heads up the Ad Operations and Planning teams in the US, as well as inventory and data partnerships, exchange management, and Trading functions at the global level. Dan has 10+ years of experience in digital marketing and advertising and is a leader in the emerging field of Programmatic Advertising Technology.
Previously Dan worked at Media Contacts/Havas. He is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts-Amherst, with a B.A. in English Literature.
Patrick serves as the Senior Vice President of Brand Sales. His responsibilities include overseeing brand direct relationships. Patrick has been in the ad tech space for over a decade, including seven years at Careerbuilder.com and several of its international sites. He currently sits on the board of advisers for Ourlifebuilders, an online platform designed to help adolescent kids work through the social pressures that come with our changing society.
Patrick earned his BS in Finance and Marketing from Miami University of Ohio. He is currently working toward his Executive MBA at Harvard University.
Raquel serves as Senior Vice President of Network Sales at Digilant. Her responsibilities include overseeing all sales directors, account executives and account managers for Digilant’s agency team. Previously Raquel served in various sales and sales management roles at AudienceScience, Belo Interactive, VNU and Doubleclick.
Raquel attended Ithaca College’s School of Communications and graduated with a B.S.
Based in Bogotá, Diego develops business and relationships from Colombia to Chile and other andean countries.
Before joining Digilant, Diego designed and implemented the most relevant online journalism community in Latam, foster by Nobel price Gabriel Garcia Marquez; worked for WPP in Studiocom as it was Coke´s digital agency of record in the US and launched a USD $20 MM fundraising program for colombians abroad which channels resources to a portfolio of NGOs and projects with high social impact in their homeland.
Diego received his MBA from Universidad de Los Andes, a BA in Communications from Universidad Javeriana also in Colombia and a couple of high proficiency certificates in languages and cultures in Germany and Canada.
Pedro Robert is the Managing Director of Digilant Spain.
Before joining Digilant Pedro worked for a Spanish online travel agent Atrapalo.com as Online Marketing and Product Development Director. Previous to that he worked for Havas Digital and Media Contacts in the United Kingdom.
Pedro received his MBA from Chicago Booth School of Business and hisBA from the University of CUNEF.
As Managing Director, Mauricio Vázquez oversees all functions of Digilant throughout Mexico.
Prior to joining Digilant, Mauricio worked at INFOSEL, Grupo Reforma (part of Terra Networks), Media Contacts and Havas Digital. He has also served as the Vice President of the IAB, was a founding member of the Digital committee at Consejo de Investigación de Medios (CIM) and he was a member of the Asociacion Mexicana de Publicidad y Comercio Electronico (AMIPCI).
Mauricio studied at the Instituto Panamericano de Alta Dirección de Empresas IPADE and the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESEM).
Fernando Rodés is Founder and Shareholder at ISP Holdings, which is a principal investor in Digilant, Accesso, In-Store Media and Antevenio. Together ISP and Don Epperson founded isp DIGITAL. Fernando also served as former Chief Executive Officer of Havas Global among other media ventures, Fernando brings a wealth of experience to Digilant, advising on global strategy and overseeing isp DIGITAL’s investment in the company.
