Digilant Appoints Juan Camilo Bonilla as Country Manager of Spain

  • Among his responsibilities are: fostering leadership within Digilant in Spain and creating new products and services that will allow Digilant to continue to lead innovation in programmatic media buying.
  • Prior to joining Digilant, he served as the Head of Advanced Digital Marketing at Accenture Interactive Iberia, where he worked for major clients like BBVA, Telefónica, Endesa, Atresmedia, Meliá, Vueling, Iberia, Avianca, Inditex, BMW and Sanitas, among others.
  • Mr. Bonilla began his career in marketing and digital media at companies such as Ogilvy & Mather and Andbank, a privately owned banking firm founded in Andorra.

 

Madrid, March 6th, 2017. – Digilant, a global provider of customized programmatic ad buying solutions and services, today announced the appointment of Juan Camilo Bonilla as the new Spain Country Manager.

In his new role, Mr. Bonilla will be responsible for driving Digilant’s business development in Spain, a country that has experienced rapid growth over the past few years and continues to be a key market for the company.

As the company’s top executive in Spain, he will focus on strengthening and stimulating Digilant’s business activities, expanding its customer base and promoting the development of new services and innovative products.

Mr. Bonilla holds a B.A. in Business Administration from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, an MBA from the IE Business School, a Master in Advanced Digital Media Strategy from the IESE Business School (in New York), a Master in Marketing and Digital Media Buying from the ESIC Business & Marketing School, and has established a Leadership Development Program at the Universidad Francisco de Vitoria.

Prior to joining Digilant, he served as the Head of Advanced Digital Marketing at Accenture Interactive Iberia, where he worked for major clients like BBVA, Telefónica, Endesa, Atresmedia, Meliá, Vueling, Iberia, Avianca, Inditex, BMW and Sanitas, among others. In this role he developed digital marketing strategies that allowed his clients to unlock more profitable new business opportunities.

Mr. Bonilla initially pursued his career in marketing and digital media at companies such as Ogilvy & Mather and privately owned banking firm Andbank, where he developed tools in their client management clouds; or Izo System, a customer experience consulting brand, among others. Throughout his career, he has specialized in programmatic buying, DSP (Demand Side Platform), DMP (Data Management Platform), attribution models, big data, SEM (Search Engine Marketing), SEO (Search Engine Optimization), social media, content, digital strategy, mobile, and media buying.
